Rochelle L. Smith is a creative director, author, entrepreneur, and ministry leader with a passion for helping people and purpose-driven brands thrive with clarity, faith, and joy. She is the Founder and Creative Director of Amber Heart, LLC, where she provides strategic creative direction, branding, and marketing support for organizations, entrepreneurs, and mission-focused initiatives.

Rochelle is also the Founder of The JIL Project (Joy In the Lord), a women’s ministry dedicated to uplifting and empowering women—especially those navigating healing, boundaries, singleness, and seasons of waiting—through faith-centered resources, conversations, and encouragement rooted in Christ.

As the Owner of The Everything Joy Store, Rochelle brings her mission to life through thoughtfully designed products that inspire joy, positivity, and faith in everyday living.

In addition to her business and ministry work, Rochelle is a published author whose books focus on faith, purpose, joy, and personal growth. Her writings—including devotionals, children’s books, and empowerment guides—encourage readers of all ages to trust God’s timing, overcome fear, and live with intention.
